Admission process for Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering (NMIMS University)
Here' how it goes...
- Log on to the MPSTME website (www.nmims.edu) to check the dates of the NPAT exam and fill the form.
- The exam is pretty straightforward- 50 questions each from Quantitative ability, Verbal ability and general ability will be asked in the 120 minute paper. Questions are very easy and straightforward.
- Check their website for the results of the exam. You will be ranked according to how you fared in the exam. However, these aren't the final ranks as there is up gradation.

5. Usually, the first 500 students get to choose MBA-Tech (5 year course) and the rest get B-Tech. Ranks beyond 900 or so get the Shirpur branch.
If you get in by now, good for you. You pay Rs. 2.60lakh/year as fees. However, if you still haven't gotten in, don't fret. They now have their Management Round. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL PROCESS. The fee is a paltry 3.50 Lakhs/year. If you didn't get in even after the Management Round, it probably means that engineering isn't meant for you.
