Preparation:

I relied on coaching classes for Quant, Speed Math Material as I had enrolled for it. I also joined CET Crash Course which cleared all my doubts in low scoring sections. I started preparing for CET from the time I joined coaching classes for it. The methods adopted were very helpful during speed tests. I accelerated my efforts in the last 2 weeks of CET exam. I solved around 22-24 papers and used to give 6-8 hours a day. I even bunked college that time as I was very keen on doing MBA.

Advice to juniors:

Solve as many papers as possible. Brush up your Quant skills as CET requires it. Speed is the most important criteria, so use shortcuts. Start studying seriously from December onwards by solving Model Question Papers. All the best!

Experience in MBA Institute:

I would rate my college’s faculty at a full five on five as they have a lot of experience in this field. Visiting faculties are mostly from reputed companies who impart practical knowledge based on their industry experience. The campus is not huge as compared to other top B-School, but I would say it’s just about enough for our needs, after all we go to a B-School to enhance our skills and develop ourselves and not to enjoy the campus. The seminar halls, lecture rooms and open air cafeteria are well maintained. Life is hard here as is the case with most other B-Schools. Students come from varied backgrounds some with 2-3 years of work experience.
