Admissions to First Year Engineering Colleges in Mumbai accepting students on the basis of Roman Catholic Minority Quota (51%) for the academic year 2013-14 will begin from June 11. Students who belong to this minority should submit the Online Application Form on or before June 21st.

A printout of the Application Form duly signed is to be submitted in person, along with one set of attested copies of required documents (as mentioned in the Application Form) for verification and a processing fee of Rs. 1000/-, at any of the above mentioned colleges.

The Final Merit List for admissions to First Year Engineering Colleges on the basis of Roman Catholic Minority Quota (51%) for the academic year 2013-14 has been declared. Students who filled in the Application Forms can check their Merit Ranks.

Students whose names have appeared in the final merit list should note that the counselling venue for the minority admissions is Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT), Kurla.

Candidates who are going to appear for the counselling should note that they should carry a blank cheque book as admissions will be confirmed on the spot depending on your choice and availability. Students should check the respective college website for admissions to these Roman Catholic Colleges via Institute Level/CAP Vacancy.

Admissions to First Year Engineering Colleges in Mumbai accepting students on the basis of Roman Catholic Minority Quota (51%) for the academic year 2013-14 have revised their schedule. Students who belong to this minority can now submit the Application Form on or before June 26.

Important Dates:

  1. Online Application Forms: June 11 to June 26 (earlier June 20)
  2. Submission of Application Forms with Documents in person: June 13 to June 26 (earlier June 20)
  3. Provisional Merit List: June 27 at 10.00 am (earlier June 24)
  4. Final Merit List: June 27 at 4.00pm (earlier June 26)
  5. Counselling for Round 1:
    • June 29:  Merit No. 1 to 180 - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
    • June 29:  Merit No. 181 to 330 - 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
    • June 30:  Merit No. 331 to 480 - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
    • June 30: 490 and above - 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
