The faculty is said to be just about average. Because it’s relatively a newer college, pre-dominantly less experienced professors are found to teach. With time it is expected that more senior experienced faculty will join in.

The building is still under construction and currently there are numerous issues with fans, electricity and labs. But that is expected to change soon as the infrastructure is nearing completion. The basic lab equipments required are fulfilled. There is a special car and bus facility available.

DD Vispute College of Pharmacy & Research Centre is located at an extremely inaccessible village area called Devad – Vichumbe. The closest semi-urban civilization to it would be Panvel, about half an hour away on foot. The only road leading to the college is full of potholes filled with muck during the monsoon. The best way to reach the college would be by your own vehicle or the college bus. The other side of the college is the old Mumbai Pune Highway.

The canteen of DD Vispute College of Pharmacy is very small but serves hygienic food and is pretty light on the pocket. Misal pav here is a favourite among the students.

There is no scope for hanging around the college. Either you head straight home from college or maybe if you are in the mood for some hitch-hiking you could take a trip to Lonavala or Pune. Oh yes, and there is just one more place ‘Mama ki Tapri’!

'Adarsh' is the cultural festival. It is conducted in the main campus which is close to Panvel Station. It is held in the month of November. There is an Industrial Visit also organized for the students.

DD Vispute College of Pharmacy & Research is pretty particular about this parameter. 80% minimum attendance is required; failing which parents are called to the college. However, no one is held back.
