The faculty is pretty okay and have a decent knowledge of the subject. Teachers for Arts aren’t that great contrary to commerce professors who have a thorough idea about the subject. English communication is decent while some professors prefer to communicate in Hindi.

The infrastructure of Raheja College is below average. Some of the walls are yet to be painted while the campus is not usually clean. There are computer labs and a decent library with a Wifi connection as well.

(Only for Degree courses) Raheja is not a favourite college for the companies, hence no placements. Students prefer to go for higher studies. Guess, they are left with no option.

LS Raheja is located on Juhu-Tara Road in Santacruz which is a 10 minute ride from Santacruz railway station. The bus frequency is quite decent. The college is barely 2 minutes away from the famous SNDT University's campus. Some prefer bikes while the rest choose the BEST buses.

The canteen is quite bad in terms of infrastructure. It is not at all spacious and extremely suffocating. The only thing that is tolerable is the cost and sometimes, the food, too.

In one word, Juhu! But since the college is located way inside the main road, nearest hangout is sometimes a big problem. Juhu Beach and Bandra Linking Road are the places where you’ll find majority of the Raheja-ites!

The college has a Gujarati Minority Quota, so majority are Gujju bhai’s and ben’s. The students don’t seem to be that serious in studies and are often seen loitering around. Most of them are from the western suburbs and you rarely see any posh crowd in this college.

‘Udaan’ which is held in September, is the Junior college festival followed by ‘Unmesh’ in December which is an Inter college festival held by LS Raheja.

They say that 75% is must but roughly 60% is tolerated. Some students say that it depends how your relation is with the respective subject teacher. If you fall below 50%, parents are called. On a whole, NOT VERY STRICT!

Although you would not regret joining the college, but if you have a choice, students studying here would have this to recommend: “if possible, AVOID!”
