The teaching faculty at Sinhgad is excellent. Since, it is one of the most renowned colleges in the city and the state, and one of the oldest campuses, the faculty is quite splendid. Teachers are way qualified and have enough experience in teaching. The faculty for Company Law, Economics is quite good while for communication and management is just about average. Most of the teachers communicate in Hindi or Marathi thus making English communication negligible in the college.

The classrooms at Sinhgad College, Narhe, are quite average. The campus is pretty huge and excellently maintained. As the college offers all the possible courses under the sun, you see a variety of crowd and liveliness in the campus.

Sinhgad College is located far away from the highway in an extremely remote area of Narhe. Most of the students commute by bikes and the college buses as PMT bus service is pretty bad and drops you only on the highway.

There are two canteens in the campus. One is a proper canteen and serves average food and is not a hot favourite of any student. The other is a cafeteria which serves some awesome dabelis, milk shakes and juices. The sad part is that the cafeteria owner charges rates according to his mood. Strange, but true!

As the location of the college is a quite remote, thus making hangout a huge hindrance. Students travel for kilometres to go to a new place or the main city. Some common hangouts would be Vadagaon Funtime and Abhiruchi restaurants.

Most or almost all the students are localities baring a few students from some other parts of Maharashtra. As Sinhgad is a very huge name in the state, students from different regions of Maharashtra join this college. There are few Afghanistans who join this college every year. Some desperate boys always complain about the lack of girls in the college but they too are average looking. Overall, the crowd is nothing to boast about and should be tolerated.

The attendance is quite lenient. Students generally maintain an average of around 50%. Some students say that there is no defaulter system in the college but almost all the teachers take out the revenge by giving less internal marks. So, better keep your attendance as good as possible.
