Students are quite happy with the teaching here. The professors are thankfully fluent in English, and competitive too. E&TC faculty is quite renowned.

Kahibai Navale COE shares the campus with Sinhgad COE and about 50 other colleges. Infrastructure is very impressive. They have a huge campus, with nice, airy classrooms. There is wifi internet connectivity throughout the campus. There are good facilities for sports and cultural activities.
Hostels are provided which are again common with other colleges. They're in pretty good condition but mess food is not acceptable. Charges for hostel is about 50,000 a year. There are separate rooms with much better facilities for NRIs but they're also charged proportionately higher fees.

The Best college if you are really dedicated for engineering !!
Yes it is strict but not much. Just look at is fantastic Placement records and results. for Computer -It its just excellent. Highest Intake for Comp , Mechanical ,IT in entire Pune University.

Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering (SKNCOE) is part of the Sinhgad Institutes Vadgaon (Bk) campus. It’s a pretty picturesque location, up a hill and though it falls in the outskirts of Pune, it cannot be said to be inaccessible. PMT buses try going somewhere near the college i.e they drop you about a kilometer and half away from college. Frequency is also poor, thus bikes and cars are a must.

Hangouts are limited owing to the remote location of college. There is one bhansali Complex which has coffee shops, and juice centres. Mandar garden within the campus is another common hangout.

The college is ok..and 1st of all it's not strict about attendance..i have been maintaining my attendance 30-40% for every year I studied but not even once i got in trouble or my parents were summoned..so guys you can enjoy as well as study..of course if you want to
