"Resonance" is an annual Techno-Cultural fest of Terna Engineering College that represent's a part of increasing endeavor of Terna's cultural influence. Part of it is various  Technical , cultural and Sports Fests.

Resonance for every Ternaiite is that tri-syllabic word which means four days of pure fun and enjoyment. "Resonance 2k14" is a techno-cultural festival to be held during the third week of March with an expected footfall of more than 10000. It provides a platform to the students in and around Mumbai to showcase their talents in various technical and cultural events, urging the students to think innovatively and groom them accordingly. Through this festival the institution aims at strengthening the very idea of pragmatism and opportune the students to nurture their overall individual personalities.
