Job Description:
I'm currently undergoing training at TIBCO Software Inc. However, I'll be working as an Associate Consultant once the traning is complete. My job is to assist my team in analysing and building projects that involve middleware development.
Experience at Work:
The working environment is fantastic. Working hours are flexible too. You'd actually learn a lot in the training sessions. The facilities given to the employees are great!
Advice to the juniors:
If you plan to join TIBCO, a decent technical background is a prerequisite. If that's taken care of just make sure you clear the aptitude test. Because if you're confident about your technical concepts, the Technical Interview Round will be a cakewalk. Revise Java and Database concepts thoroughly.
