Advice to the juniors:

Just be Yourself! In most interviews, the interviewers make a decision in the first 5 minutes itself. You only have to take care not to screw up majorly in the remaining time. Don't lose hope if you have not got job, because there is always a better company waiting round the corner, and I am saying this from my personal experience.
