1. Well written round followed by 2 rounds of technical interview followed by an HR round.
2. Just be strong at database and programming concepts.

Job Description:

1. I'm working on the product release on T24 (a banking software product) and dealing mainly with the securities modules under the domain of private banking.
2. I also have to deal with analysis of real time problems reported by the client such as Duetsch bank, BOV (bank of valletta), bank of intelligo and many others.
3. In short it's a core software devlopment job.

Experience at Work:

1. I joined Temenos in October 2012. Working environment till now is pretty much satisfactory. Peers are co-operative and supportive.
2. Product company employees usually doesn't restrict themselves to timings. Working hours of 8 or so mentioned by the company are more often than not stretchable depending on the development team and the workload. You have to be accordingly ready to work for long hours.

Advice to the juniors:

Well there are several domain to prosper in software industry, starting from web technologies to framework development and various open source technologies to aspire upon to build building blocks of your career. When you are aspiring for your 1st job, never judge (underestimate) the company based on pay offered. The most important thing should be the work you would be doing should be exciting and motivating.
