Bhabha College of Engineering has average faculty with extreme of both good and bad faculty. Students are least concerned because most of them opt for external coaching classes. The Head of departments are considerably better. The computer Science and Mechanical faculty has the better teachers in the college. Most of the faculty teaching in RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) is shared by RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2) and Bhabha Engineering College although the better ones are present in RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1).

The Bhabha College of Engineering has a medium sized campus which its shares with RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2). The classrooms are well ventilated and the campus looks well maintained. The college has a big ground unlike campus 1 of the college. Laboratories are decent because the college is private one with most equipment present although not much heed is paid to practical learning although not as good as RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1). The library too is decent but few use it to its fullest extent. Classrooms are well maintained and the overall interiors are also good.

Just like the other big private colleges Bhabha College of Engineering has the better of the placements in Bhopal with more than 30% students getting placed. TCS, L&T and various small time firms pick up students for an average annual package of 2.5 Lakh Per annum while highest packages go up to 3.5 Lakh Per Annum. Bhabha College of Engineering although affiliated to RGPV, belongs to the custodians of the RKDF University which has made the college a big name, which has helped good placements come in significantly. RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2), Bhabha College of Engineering and RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) appear for placement procedures together.

Bhabha College of Engineering is located in South Bhopal on the NH-12 along the Hoshangabad road not very far away from the main city. Bhabha College of Engineering is a 5 minute walk from RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) and its campus is shared by RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2). The campus is easily accessible from all parts of the city with bus services available from the college. Also, students wanting to travel by themselves can also do so because the campus is located in a really accessible location just off the city.

Bhabha College of Engineering shares its hostels with RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) and RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2). Apart from then hostels in campus, staff quarters are also present in the college campus. Hostel facilities are not appreciated by the students but most of them have become habituated.

Bhabha College of Engineering has a good enough canteen which is spacious and have same variety as that of RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) like packed and freshly cooked food ranging from Maggie noodles to Samosa to snacks and Lunch. Even the prices are nominal and all packed food is sold at MRP but students prefer hanging out in more popular canteen of RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1).

Crowd in Bhabha College of Engineering much like RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1), like all of its features is very much average although its quality is less than the main campus because students prefer RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) over Campus 2 and Bhabha. Students hail from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and few locals of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh. A recent controversy regarding bad behaviour by a professor towards a female student had brought bad name to the college causing a lot of female students not preferring the college. The number of girls in the other faculties of Dental and Pharmacy though have enough girls which makes the campus even.

No such festivals are conducted in Bhabha College of Engineering apart from the RKDF Sports league which is very famous in Bhopal and organized once in a year, attracting large number of students from the city and outskirts. Most of the events in the college are celebrated together with the main campus.

75% attendance as prescribed officially as the required attendance is followed with a 10% relaxation, fine are imposed, extra assignments are to be submitted in case of defaulters while severe cases are dealt with calls to parents with complaints against their ward. Students make sure they don’t face severe action by making a good rapport with the teachers; moreover the attendance eventually gets relaxed by more than 20%.

Bhabha College of Engineering belongs to the parent RKDF Group of Institutions which has a good presence in the city of Bhopal, making it a safe choice for those who haven’t managed a seat in a government engineering college. RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 1) and RKDF College of Engineering (Campus 2) are considered a little better than Bhabha College of Engineering. Average in all respects, the college can be considered as one of the better colleges among the private colleges of Bhopal.
