The students are pretty much satisfied with the teaching. The professors here are senior, well experienced and communicate in fluent English. There is a corporate week held every month where in professionals from the industry conduct guest lectures.

The college is relatively new (established in 2008) and hence the infrastructure is up to the mark, and maintained well. The classrooms are sufficiently big and have good benches however the library is not very spacious and can accommodate only 20-25 students at a time. There is internet and Wi-Fi facility.

The placements are nothing to boast about and about 20 students get placed. However the situation is expected to change very soon as the new director appears quite promising. Salaries hover between 1.5 – 3.5 lakh per year.

Kamala Education Society's Partibha Institute of Business Management is located close to Chinchwad Railway Station and is hence accessible by railways. Also easy access is possible by PMT buses since the Mumbai-Pune Highway is also in close proximity. However the locals generally prefer using their own bikes.

The MBA program got lesser students, than its maximum intake this year. The crowd is mainly from the Pimpri - Chinchwad area or from other cities of Maharashtra. A lot of assignments are given, but life is not too stressful.

Pratibha Institute of Business Management is extremely strict about attendance, 75% is compulsory else the students are not allowed are not allowed to appear for the exams. “pareshaan kar dete hai” quotes a student.
