The teaching staff is overall good. Architectural and interior design faculty is comparatively better. The humanities and theory faculty is best. Students are not satisfied with the structure faculty. The teachers clear the doubts even after the lectures and are quite co-operative. Visiting faculty is also good.

coanditions have changed...lot of faculty from dy patil has joined this college...the new bldg of this college is almost ready....teaching is good....the college always has old guest arcitect lectures...n ya the elevators function quiet smootly now

College has pretty simple and sober campus. It has two buildings out of which currently one is functional. College has screening rooms and a studio. The studio is said to be one of the biggest studios of Navi Mumbai. New studios are being added as well. It has two computer labs. Classrooms are well ventilated.

and we all are shifted to the new building which is now fully completed with state of art studio and computer labs along with a well functioned library and increasing no. of faculty members and an individual campus and canteen

Reaching college is not an issue. It is situated in the sector 4 prime location of koparkhairane and quite near from station. Koparkhairane is quite accessible from central and harbor railway lines. College is 5 minutes away from Koparkairane station. The location is well connected by main road leading to highway so it is easy to people travelling by road as well. The frequency of bus services is also good. The bus depot is 5 minutes walking distance from college. Bus services from western, central and harbor line are also available.

There are no great hangout places in the vicinity of college. It has just one McDonald’s outlet nearby. There is just one multiplex. Also there are few small outlets of snacks around college. Dominoes and fasos are far from college. Overall it has dull life outside college.

College is strict about attendance. 75% attendance is required. They are punctual about submission of assignments and work but sometimes they do extend time. The teachers maintain good record of each students attendance.

Don't believe the reviews by the college. They don't even allow students to use studio after 6 in evening, every architecture college has open studio for their students to work. The library is is so small that it fits in a class room. Actually it is in one of the class rooms. college should help students to work and not close studios. Except for one sir this college is not worth it. The timetable is weirdly drawn that third year can use only in architectural design class and in landscape class they have to mount full imperial sheets on half imperial benches (not even drawing boards) and secoand year cannot use when third year studio class going on. More than the campus the management should look to help students out.
