Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) takes a little hitting on this aspect. Although majority of the professors are senior and well-experienced, there are a couple of inexperienced ones in each department which cause most of the trouble for students. Moreover, students claim that there's not much friendly interaction between students and faculty. "There's no support from our teachers during oral exams" declares a student "even if we're being screwed by the external examiners!"

It's shared by Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College and TKR College of Engineering & Technology. There's a state-of-the-art cricket ground which hosts district-level tournaments as well as music releases and promotional events but is usually restricted from use by students. Other on-campus sports facilities include basketball, volleyball, table-tennis and carrom.
The main building of Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) is the first to be spotted while coming from the main gate. It's sheepishly small compared to the huge campus but sufficient not to inconvenience academics. Necessary equipments are frequently updated in laboratories and the library, though a little congested, provides a good collection of books. Apart from a few minor troubles occasionally, students have no reason to complain against the college infrastructure.

Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) is located amidst the semi-urban locality of Meerpet in Southern Hyderabad. 90R, 100, 104D, 104J, 104R and 104S are a few RTC buses which pass by near the main gate of the campus. Although accessibility isn't all that great, students are happy that it's one of the closest pharmacy colleges from central Hyderabad. About two-thirds of the students prefer travelling by RTC buses while the remaining use their own vehicles or utilize the college bus services

There are a couple of canteens and food joints in the TKR College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) campus. The main canteen is sufficiently big and has loads of chairs and tables arranged in an orderly fashion. It doesn't get too crowded even during lunch time probably because majority of students get their own meal boxes which they munch on in the classroom itself. Veg puffs and veg fried rice are the preferred varieties.

The crowd is decent and there's good interaction between seniors and juniors. More than half the students at Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) are non-localites but everyone mingles with each other. Similar to most other pharmacy colleges, the number of girls in the class usually exceeds the number of boys.

Till recently low attendance wasn't an issue at Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Pharmacy (TKRCP) and you could get away by paying fines proportional to the shortage in attendance. However, the college has suddenly become very particular about punishing defaulters and 65% lectures is the bare minimum you need to attend. Additionally, a closed gate system has been introduced wherein students need proper permissions before they can leave the campus between college hours. College timings are 9:30am to 4:00pm. Students hope that rules will be relaxed again and TKR will return to its previous student-friendly self.

Proximity of TKR College of Pharmacy to Hyderabad and it's magnificent campus and infrastructural amenities may tempt you to opt for it. But an extremely strict management and little support from faculty give enough reason to think twice.
