Individually we may be a drop but together we are an ocean of passion and relentlessness to succeed. A group of 30 dynamic heads with distinctive mindsets, unique talents and astonishing willpower all under one roof! It is one thing to join a team and another to perform as a team member. Fortunately, Team Consortium is the epitome of harmony and concord.

The one astounding thing about our team is that we all firmly believe that rules are to be followed thoroughly and always respect each other. It is always challenging to have a number of different voices and opinions, but every team member has always been very accepting and positive. Our bond is the glue that keeps us together, a bond which promotes unity, strength, reliability and support. This amazing rapport and bond enables Team Consortium to move smoothly towards our targets, prolongs forward momentum and helps our team to overcome every obstacle that comes our way.

Our informal as well as formal sessions have inculcated a spirit of teamwork and collaboration among the team. These events have not only brought the team members closer but also have led to more creative and successful ideas because people tend to have larger imagination around people they are comfortable with. These sessions and activities have helped in the overall development of every team member which in turn has enhanced our performance.

Team Consortium has always enjoyed together in times of happiness and faced each difficulty and hardship hand-in-hand. Every member of Consortium is an excellent team player and has stuck through thick & thin, without ever giving up on each other.
