Interview Experience:

Interview process at Bharat forge was much more in depth than what I had thought. I had to go thorough 5 different rounds of interview process with writing few lines about how i will contribute to Bharat Forge, Group Discussion and three round of Personal Interview. All rounds were highly focused on to test your soft skills and a little bit on core mechanical engineering knowledge.

Experience at Work:

My experience in Bosch was learning experience in totality. Throughout my 6 month of internship I gained a lot of insights about Quality, Production, Cost Management, Sales, CRM, Purchasing Projects (Localisation, Low cost sourcing) etc.

Advice to the juniors:

Make the most out of every opportunity presented to you during your internship; it will definitely help you somewhere later on.
