Job Description:

I have been recruited as a trainee engineer in Cairn. Being a trainee I am being exposed to all the departments which comes under my qualification. I am getting trained under my superiors in a very professional way and the work atmosphere is very enjoyable. I have chosen field work instead of office, because in field work actually you get to work and understand things in a practical way that's my belief. I have been given assignments and job responsibilities which I do with utmost care an attention. A small mistake can cause many accidents in my job.

Experience at Work:

The working hours is 12 hours. My working environment is very friendly and being a fresher I get a lot of support from everyone.

Advice to the juniors:

Always choose a career or a field or a company which will give you job satisfaction. Rather than concentrating on package, if you are happy performing at your job you will be the happiest person on earth.

The basic suggestion which I would like to give my colleagues is be very confident in your interviews and kindly don't reply to anything which you are not aware or have half knowledge about.
