Students complain that most of the faculty are freshers with little or no teaching experience and many students are not satisfied with their teaching. Some of them are known to have difficulties communicating in fluent English. Improper management and occasional delay in payment of salaries are thought to be the reasons why good teachers are reluctant to join Anwar-Ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy (AUCP).

The campus and the buildings appear neat and commendable. However, it's the insides that hurt the students the most. Labs aren't well maintained and there's acute shortage of equipments. "One microscope is shared between 10 to 15 students" reveals a student. On the whole, the atmosphere isn't suitable for learning.

Anwar-Ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy (AUCP) is a mere 10-minute walk from Nampally Railway Station in Hyderabad where numerous MMTS trains and series of RTC bus numbers 8, 9, 20, 100 etc. provide accessibility from all parts of the city. Share-autos are also readily available for five bucks from Nampally and Mehdipatnam.

Canteen food, even though decently priced and tasty, doesn't earn too many brownie points as the surrounding area offers countless choices of eateries, food stalls, juice corners and ice cream parlours.

Anwar-Ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy (AUCP) is a Muslim minority college and apart from the management seats, all other seats are reserved for Muslims. As the college is centrally located, it attracts many from Hyderabad itself, including a few toppers. There are a lot of mischievous chaps too.

The earlier imposed restrictions on the students have now been discarded and the environment is very student-friendly. Anyone can enter and leave the campus anytime of the day. Those with low attendance can get away by paying the necessary fines.
