Most of the students are happy with the faculty in college. There is a good blend of senior professors with years of experience that teach very well and junior professors who lack experience but are very friendly, approachable and co-operative. “The notes they provide during class are enough for us to prepare for exams” says a student.

A big campus complete with a clean and green lawn, separate buildings for different departments and up-to-date computer labs are perhaps the only positives worth mentioning. Uncomfortable benches in the classrooms, an ultra-small library, lack of appropriate space for studies (except for the lawn), need for a hostel and too much restriction on usage of Internet are some of the negatives students complaint about.

I am a final year student of batch 2013-16 who finds this review OUTthatED, there are a few things that need to be upthated..
1) Arsd has a huge enough library with a stock of over a hundred thousand books. Moreover, daily subscriptions of Magazines, Journals and Newspaper is thing I haven't found in many other colleges
2) It has a huge campus with FREE wi-fi access to every student even on their cellphones. You just have to collegeect the password.(Which is common and open for all)
3) Societies that prmotes extra curricular activities, Rangayan - The dramatics Society of arsd college.(One of the best Drama Soc of University of Delhi) vist : facebook.com/pages/Rangayan-The-Dramatics-Society-of-ARSD-college
, Nimbus - The English debating society. Visit : facebook.com/NimbusDebSoc
and there is Aakrit Dance Society, Saranag - the Musical Society.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College doesn’t boast of excellent placements; they fall somewhere between average to good. Around 30-40% of the students get placed with decent salaries; again no super high packages.

It’s a relatively small canteen which can accommodate around 30 to 40 people at a time. Where to have lunch is the question which students face almost every day and the best answer to it is the lawns. Food in the canteen is said to be average and reasonably priced. Chhole Bhature and Chhole Chawal, both priced at Rs, 15, are the two most popular dishes served here.

There’s nothing real close to the college and students have to travel to South Ex (which is absolutely worth the travel), ISCKON temple, Satya Niketan and Rajouri Garden to find good places to chill.

This college is itself is a hangout spot. a campus of 12 acre, with mountains amd green grass all aroun. you will never know what boredom is. for food, satya niketan is on a 2-3 minute walk, you will find everything here from Cafe coffee day to chai sutta point. i would prefer you to have chicken momos from here. and biryani of mughlai point is awesome. for tutions also you will find coaching centres in a row. I have spent a wonderful life in Arsd. You are also invited! Thanks.

The crowd over here should put you off; if it doesn’t, you probably belong here. The campus looks lifeless; most of the students are unenthusiastic and those who aren’t gradually turn the same. A lot of students come from the outskirts or satellite cities of Gurgaon and Faridabad.

Arsd celebrates its annual fest commonly known as Tide. recently in Tide'15 'Bohemia' was invited in star night. it also has its departments fests, which includes Economiko-Economics Society, Quaternioun-Mathematical Society, Chem Crown-Chemistry Society, Illuminati-Physics, Commercico-Commerce Society, Republica-Department of Political Science and other departments are also establishing their own societies.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma (ARSD) College is slightly relaxed about the attendance criteria and allows students a lot of freedom. Yet, most of the students are found attending lectures; reasons may include apprehension about severe action being taken at the end or their love for the teachers. Up to 60% is not an issue, below that you’ll start getting warnings, but not harsh action unless it’s an extreme case.
