Students claim that teachers keep changing every year and majority of them happen to be junior lecturers. Senior professors teach only a couple of subjects every year. Moreover, many faculty members are said to inefficient at fluent English communication and often switch to Telegu. Civil department suffers the most with Mechanical and EEE following up close heel.

The campus is huge and it's not been long since it was built; so it looks modern, systematic and well-kept. A massive sports ground takes care of the sporting needs. Academic requirements too are satisfied. One missing aspect is the college hostel.

Nalla Narasimha Reddy Education Society's Group of Institutions (Integrated Campus) is about 3 kilometres off Warangal Highway from Narapally Junction. Majority of the students prefer travelling by RTC buses since the college buses do not provide efficient services. A couple of RTC buses ferry students right up to the college premises in the morning. However, if you're late the only option is to alight at the highway and take a share auto.

Nalla Narasimha Reddy School of Engineering has a spacious canteen with few tables and chairs but a long ledge to cater to several standees. Food served is reasonably priced and tastes average.

As Nalla Narasimha Reddy School of Engineering is very strict about disciplinary issues, students don't dare to bunk. Even if they do, neither can they leave the campus as the security guards won't let them and nor can they roam around in the campus as faculty often do the rounds and catch and scold them.

Most of the students at Nalla Narasimha Reddy School of Engineering are localites residing in the nearby areas of Uppal and Boduppal. Some come from as far as Dilsukhnagar, Begumpet and Kukatpally as well, while a few are non-localites from surrounding districts.

Nalla Narasimha Reddy School of Engineering is one of the strictest colleges in Hyderabad as far as attendance is concerned. Students are expected to maintain above 75% attendance and minimum up to 65% if they have some medical reasons. Below that, even God can't save you! There have been cases of students getting barred from examinations even at 64%.
College timing is 9:00 am to 3:40 pm and you're not supposed to enter or leave the campus during this time unless you have genuine reasons and necessary permissions.
