Faculty is good if not the best in Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science with only PhD professors allowed teaching. Even for science subjects a minimum of MSc is required. The teachers are blend of young and experienced teachers. The CS department is said to be having the best faculty among the branches. The three colleges in the campus share their teachers.

Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science has a sufficiently large and green campus. One sees a picturesque Semi-Circular building with central grass lawns and plants in the periphery. The classrooms too are impressive- spacious, well ventilated and each directly leading into the alley of the building. Probably the most open and roomy building in the entire city of Bhopal! The central digital library common to all the colleges is the best part of the building. It is a little small but has an extensive collection of books and e-resources that can be accessed digitally. There is no WiFi facility available for the students. The labs are old but well maintained and can easily be classified as one of the better laboratory facilities in Bhopal.

Placements in Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science are better than many of the other engineering colleges in Bhopal. The college manages to rope in core companies for Civil and Mechanical branches too, which is a very rare thing to happen in Bhopal! Still then, CS and IT branches dominate placements. The highest package recorded has been 4.5 Lakh Per Annum while averages hover around 2 Lakh per Annum. The placement drive sees around 40% eligible students getting placed. Mahindra Satyam, Enercon India Ltd., Anand Automobiles and Syntel are top recruiters. The placement drive is common to the three colleges.

The campus is located further ahead into the RatiBud road around 20 KM away from the main city of Bhopal. All the three colleges of the campus have common busses which ply throughout the city. Unlike claims made by the institute, the college does not have in campus hostels. Moreover the rented hostel facilities available in the city are not very good, many students have opted out of hostels and stay as paying guests.

This is one of the best places to hang out in the college. The canteen looks really good with it being designed in an old fashioned manner in purpose. The canteen looks great and serves snacks, cold drinks, good food at nominal rates. Lunch and breakfast for the hostellers are also available in the canteen.

There are no hangouts nearby and most of the area is rural. The nearest mall is the DB Mall or the Aashima Mall which too, are far flung from the secluded campus. Students spend their time within campus before leaving for their hostels outside campus

Girl to boy ratio in Mechanical and Civil branches is 1:10 and other branches are 1:2 which is relatively healthy. Expect the crowd to be good because the college is one of the better colleges in the city. Most students are from Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.

75% attendance is said to be compulsory but it is relaxed by 10%. Defaulters have to pay a fine of INR 25/Day and if attendance is very low then INR 75/Day. In extreme cases the matter is referred to the RGPV. Also, because the teachers are very understanding and helpful, a good rapport can save students from having attendance issues.
