The teaching at Sinhgad Institute of Pharmacy is just about average. The staff is pretty much nascent and have got probably just an years industrial experience. The college lacks experienced professors, though there are some who are followed religiously by the students. All in all, the staff is just tolerable and nothing to brag about.

Sinhgad Institute of Pharmacy, Lonavala, has a good campus with clean laboratories and classrooms. Almost all the equipments are available and in working condition, too. The library is pretty much equipped with all possible books of pharmacy and has enough stock.

Dr. Reddy’s, Intas, Ranbaxy and GSK are one of the few standard companies who recruit students from this college every year. Even though, you hear big MNC’s coming to this college, they pay package is roughly around 2 lakhs.
Hence, most of the students prefer to go for a Post Graduation degree (MPharm.)

Bushi dam is a common (and beautiful) hangout, but its also rather expensive- takes. Bamboo house and RK are two more hangouts. Alcohol is easily available, which is quite evident when you have places named Beer Bridge

Well, you might definitely meet a lot of nerds in this college, as studies are given a prime importance. Contrary to that, you find studious chaps working for college festivals as well. Most of the students in this college are from Mumbai while the rest of the seats are filled with Pune localities.
