There is a serious lack of senior professors. Most of the faculty has little or no experience. This is because the college is relatively new (begun in 2008) and the good profs tend to leave for better institutes. Arrogance is observed in many situations.

There are 2 more engineering colleges on campus: KJ College of Engg & Purandar College of Engg. Even though the college is in such a remote location, it has no hostel of its own at present and the students have to find a way to reach the college themselves or manage to find a place to live somewhere close. The management has big plans for the campus infrastructure and it could turn out to be a landmark if the plans are followed. Classrooms and labs are good. Lab equipment is still moving in but it will be up-to-date very soon. There is internet facility in labs.

A handful of students from the first batch got through into companies like Zensar, Infosys, Persistent, Indigo Architects, Synechron, KPIT Cummins etc. with moderate packages. Nothing to boast about, but not bad for the first year of college either.

KJ Educational Institute’s Trinity College of Engineering is located among the ghats, with nothing nearby, neither this side of the college nor that. Getting to the college is a tough task as it's really far from Pune city, it's in a deserted area where no rickshaw-walla would agree to ferry you unless you agree to pay him more than two hundred bucks and only a couple of PMT buses ply close to the college with extremely bad frequency. Fortunately the college runs a bus service (at extra charges) for students which covers a radius of about 12-15 km. Trinity College enjoys a scenic location though. Feels like you've come for a hill-side picnic.

Mostly village crowd since it is far from any urban civilization. Some groups of students have been known to use rowdy and rough mannerisms occasionally. But otherwise they enjoy a good unity and co-operation. Enthusiasm and support for conducting festivals is relatively less.

KJ’s Youth Fest is the only festival and it is common for all institutes in this campus. It hosts technical, cultural as well as sports events. It is an intra-college festival and participants from other colleges are not allowed.

Moderately strict. If attendance is below 75% parents are called up, but the students are let off after warnings and the parents need not actually come to college. Due consideration is taken up to 50%, below that you could be in trouble.

Trinity College of Engineering & Research is under development and improvement is certain. The first few batches may suffer a little but the large scale plans, if materialized, will lead to the making of another classic college. Students just need to be patient.

its only infra and ground that attracts. but all pathetic. no systems in college. no proper leader. students dont get EBC
scholarship money in time. you will never get your security deposit back very poor teaching staff. even salaries are not paid in time hw they will teach? initially first 4 yrs was outstanding but the campus is deteriorating and sinking fast !!! wasting money in bringing filmi heros and heroins. better shoul speand on trainng and placement.. pathetic horrible... god will only save students. not worth per year 1 lakh
