Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management has a mix of both great to average and really poor faculty. Moreover, the faculty is never permanent and teachers are changed on a regular basis. Students have adjusted to this and manage with the better teachers in the college. While a majority of the junior faculty is new and inexperienced, the Head of Departments are experienced and relatively better in terms of teaching.

Classrooms in Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management are air conditioned but the air conditioners are rarely used. Some of them use projectors. Laboratories are average when it comes to instruments and equipments, most of them are air conditioned but in terms of practical training, the college fairs below average. Library facilities are also average with good infrastructure but average in terms of quality of material available. A lot of advertisement is done by the college in terms of facilities and quality infrastructure being provided but in practise, very few of the claims made are actually true.

The canteen in Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management is a long one, very spacious but just average in terms of options available. Regular stuff like Idli, dosa and Samosa are available. The food is not that great and the canteen is not very popular among the students.

Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management has a decently lively crowd owing to many reasons including the fact that it is a private college and that it is in the vicinity of Bhopal’s best engineering college - LNCT. The girl to boy ratio is not bad in most of the branches except for Civil and Mechanical where only 4-5 students are there in a class. Students are from both, Madhya Pradesh and other neighbouring states with most students from MP itself. A lot of extracurricular programs including technical summits in the campus has helped the students develop themselves which is also why Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management has a sufficiently better crowd than the similar engineering colleges in Bhopal.

There is a lot of pomp and show about Gyan Ganga Institute of technology and Management but it does not live up to its claims. Even though the college is not what it projects itself to be, it still ranks well within the top 25 colleges in Bhopal due to its consistent effort to organize national level summits and seminars in its premises.
