The teachers are co-operative. Lectures are conducted in English “If you have any doubts, feel free to ask them in any language you are comfortable”, says a student. There is a good mix of junior and senior professors. Advocates and judges also visit the college and conduct guest lectures occasionally.

The Marathwada Mitra Mandal's campus is sufficiently big and hosts numerous other sister institutes. MM Shankarrao Chavan Law College (SCLC) shares its building with the Architecture College. It’s a clean environment and the building bears modern look. All the necessary requirements like presentation halls, library facilities, classrooms and computer labs complete internet access are made available to the students with absolutely no complaints from the students.

Marathwada Mandal's Shankarrao Chavan Law College (SCLC) is located close to the famous and one of the most desirable areas Fergusson College Road. Commuting from any part of the city is a cakewalk as numerous PMT buses ply along FC Road. Yet, many of the students get their own bikes to college, perhaps because its a trend amongst all youngsters in Pune.

The NESCAFE canteen is a favorite of the students and they are found to be munching on tasty Maggi noodles. There’s another canteen which gives you the feel of a railway yard. It provides average food quality and looking at the prices one would avoid it. A sada dosa costs Rs. 30/-
