Faculty in Scope College of Engineering is a mixed lot with a few teachers good while a few teachers not at all well. In particular the mechanics department has good teachers. Many of the teachers who are experienced are also not very student friendly and even when the faculty is not great, students meekly accept it the way it is because not much heed is paid to students opinions in the college.

The Scope College of Engineering campus is a 10 acre campus with 5 buildings around a central ground. The campus is just near the main highway with one complete building dedicated for the engineering department while a complete building which forms the central library and computer centre. The other buildings are for the other departments of management and pharmacy. The campus is clean and one gets a very good impression of the college upon entering its premises. The laboratories are also said to be decent, owing to the fact that the college is a private college but students complain that not much effort is put into practical learning. The central grass ground is used by the students in full capacity even though it is a little small for the campus. The Central library and computer centre have enough books and students say that it is never crowded. Classrooms are well ventilated but there is no WiFi facility for the students in campus.

Scope College of Engineering has decent placements with around 20%-30% students getting placed with the highest annual packages going up to 3.5 Lakh Per Annum. Students unable to secure placements from the campus opt for off campus placement or study further.

Scope College of Engineering is located on the NH-12 along the Hoshangabad road in Bhaironpur not very far away from the main city. The campus is easily accessible from all parts of the city with bus services available from the college. Also, students wanting to travel by themselves can also do so because the campus is located in a really accessible location just off the city.

The hostels are located around 2-3 KM away from the campus and used on a 2-3 sharing basis. Food is available in the campus canteen. Students unable to secure hostel facility live as paying guests nearby as the city is nearby.

There are 2 canteens in the campus- a small one and a big one. The small one has seating capacity of around 20 people while the big one is huge with lots of variety including breakfast, lunch, snacks – all of which is very nominal.

Most of the crowd is from Bihar or local students. Girl to boy ratio is poor with just one girl for every 12 boys. A strict dress code is maintained in the college premises. One thing that really stands out in the college is the fact that girls and boys get along well in the college unlike many other colleges in the city which is possible because the college is near the city and more cosmopolitan.

50%-60% attendance is considered healthy in Scope College of Engineering and defaulting doesn’t lead to detention but students are troubled for marks in their internal examinations. Fines are collected in some cases and those students who have a good rapport with the faculty usually escape without any trouble.
