The teaching is good. Professors with a good 5-7 year experience form the majority of the faculty. Guest lectures are conducted every week by senior managers from reputed companies.

The Marathwada Mitra Mandal's campus is sufficiently big and hosts numerous other sister institutes. Its a clean environment and the MM IMERT building bears modern look. All the necessary requirements like presentation halls, library facilities, classrooms and computer labs complete internet access are made available to the students with absolutely no complaints from the students. Wi-Fi is also available on the top floor of the building.

The placement scenario is pretty good. Nearly 50-60% students get placed on campus with an average package of Rs. 2.5 lakh per year. The highest goes up to around Rs. 5 lakh per year. Companies like Bharati AXA, SMC Global and AL-MA Organisation are major recruiters.

Marathwada Mandal's Institute of Management, Education Research & Training (IMERT) is located close to the famous and one of the most desirable areas Fergusson College Road. Commuting from any part of the city is a cakewalk as numerous PMT buses ply along FC Road. Yet, many of the students get their own bikes to college, perhaps because its a trend amongst all youngsters in Pune.

There’s NESCAFE canteen which is a favourite of the students and they are found to be munching on tasty Maggi noodles. There’s another canteen which gives you the feel of a railway yard. It provides average food quality and looking at the prices one would avoid it. A sada dosa costs Rs. 30/-.
